Before you write
If your message concerns an order, include the order number. It lets us answer properly the first time.
Fit and sizing. Send the width of your doorways, hallways and stairwells. We will tell you plainly whether the piece will make it to the room.
Delivery damage. Photographs of the piece and the carton, within 12 hours of delivery.
