Shipping is included. Delivered in five to ten business days, anywhere in the contiguous United States.

Larger pieces travel by freight. The carrier telephones to set a four-hour window, so the number on your order should be one you answer. Delivery is to the kerb.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

Transit damage and manufacturing faults are covered. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs — of the fault, the whole piece and the packaging — and our team confirms the remedy in writing. Often that is a replacement part sent to you, with no need to send anything back.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, so please check the measurements against your room and the route into it before ordering.

Orders are released to the warehouse immediately. Approved cancellations carry a 10% fee.
